Altamira Construction Company was excellent in their professionalism, expertise in the Earthquake Brace & Bolt program requirements, Permit  regulations, and specifics of earthquake retrofitting.   Oscar and Ricardo patiently answered my questions, offered explanation of the process, engineering plans, purpose of  materials used,  and offered beneficial suggestions.  They exemplified patience  and flexibility  when engineering plans required alterations or my scheduled availability suddenly  changed.  I will happily utilize Altamira Construction in future projects! - Shonette S.

I hired Altamira Construction to do seismic retrofit to my house.  They did a fantastic job! They were responsible, showed up on time, pleasant to work with, patiently and cheerfully answered all my questions, and provided the appropriate paperwork.
